Now is the time for me to get myself back into shape by taking my weary body somewhere I love. Next weekend I am heading for the Isle Of Skye where I will be spending a week recharging my batteries and sharpening my photographic muscles. I will also be getting on to a horse for the first time. I have arranged to go trekking while I am there. As well as the horse riding I am planning on climbing Blaven. My nemesis. This is the mountain I so nearly climbed two years ago but failed because I took a wrong turn about half way up but didn't realise until I was only 50 meters from the top. This year I aim to get it right. I will be going out on a RIB to see if I can find some dolphins and puffins. I will be going into the Quiraing and up to the Old Man Of Storr. I will be looking out for Dunvegan Castle and the coral beach. I will be quite busy really and, of course, I will have a camera with me at all times. I hope to get some good pictures while I am there. I have been trying very hard to keep with things here while I have been busy and I think, recently, I have got back on top of things.
I would once again like to thank you all for your constant support and wonderful comments. You all know I love getting comments and chatting to you more than anything else. I have gained a few watchers to whom I also give my thanks. I hope you will like what you see and not wonder why you are watching me
I have had a DD which is still a big thing for me. I have made many really good friends who take the time to comment on my pictures regularly or even write to me. I love that. I love that so much 
You know who you are 
I have seen so much art that I have been amazed by this year. I think it has been the best year yet. Some of you are producing the best I have seen from you. I have a wide taste in art whether it be photography, painting, drawing or literature. You are an amazingly talented bunch. Looking through my 'stacks' as I call them is a constant pleasure and I wish I had so much more free time. I love people who are just starting out and are burning with passion to create. I love watching them develop their style and improve over time. I will always support love and passion because it is what I have. Many of you who commented on the interview I did recently said that my passion came through in my words. Well I am glad because I am passionate about what I do. I am also passionate about all of you and what you do. I love it.
