Free Bouncy Chibi Eevee Icon

Apologies for the lack of uploads lately, I must admit to being distracted by Dark Souls 2 a lot lately... I love it, I play a sorcerer  I'm also still having tablet issues, now it's decided to lose pressure, and I can't draw without pressure... So whilst I get that sorted out, you may see a lot of these little pixel guys.

Ahem, so this little guy~ I was looking through all of my Pokemon chibi work, and saw this Eevee hadn't been made into an icon yet, so decided it was about time he was.
