Description

A CBZ / CBR reader for fans of comics. Combining the beauty of the Windows 7 interface and the love of reading comics, I present to you SlickRead.

Some things to keep in mind:

The .net 4 Framework must be installed in order for this to work. If you don't have it installed, please download it and install it before installing SlickRead.

Some features are not finished yet. That being said, I still use it daily to read the latest comic releases (The new Daken - Dark Wolverine series is pretty kick ass!).

Let me know what you think! If you happen to have any ideas on how I can improve on SlickRead, please leave a comment below.

Happy reading!

Update log:

Version 0.5.10 - 2011 April 20

+ Added new application menu. Now covers for the last 12 files you've open will now be displayed. Double-click to open them again.

Small glitch that I'll need to address in the next update is the application doesn't automatically close when you do this. You'll have to click the application menu button again to close it manually.

+ Changed to the Office 2010 theme. Let me know what you think. It seemed to be the one that got the most votes. I'll be adding the ability to change it to which ever theme you'd like (Office 2010 Blue, Silver, Black and Windows 7) in the next update.

Version 0.5.4 - 2011 April 17

+ Added auto-updating and manual updating
+ Fixed the Open menu. Will now open a FileOpenDialog in order to choose a .cbr / .cbz to open.

Version 0.5.0 - Initial release

how about this interface? Did you create it by yourself or there is like another source for it?
