This is an idea that came to me while looking through some recent Pokemon cards... a lot of the basic cards have interesting setpieces, scenarios, and also provide a baseline for something that can provide inspiration. I often have trouble with coming up with scenarios out of thin air, but seeing a card's art might be what I need to at least make the start of something interesting. So here are some baselines.
Cards with Pokemon on them, only. Not looking for trainer cards, stadiums, whatever. The full art cards that don't have any sort of background won't work either.Cards also can't feature too many subjects. Like, a pair is about as much as
Pure and simple, a favorites-based TF RP. From my favorites only. There are some actually interesting things in there if you take the time to look through, so please so. If you have any plot ideas to go along with the picture, that's a bonus. I'd also like to participate in a TF myself, so think of this in a pair sense if that helps.
Only rules are no MC and no mature situations. Other side effects should be obvious based on the picture, but we'll be sure to discuss the details. I might also be slow depending on my willingness to RP - don't be afraid if I don't reply for a bit, and I apologize in advance for any problems this causes. Also, k
This RP is a bit more open than the first one I did. There are a variety of ways to approach it. Your character could find an enchanted mirror in an antique store, or wander into a cave with naturally-forming mirror reflections, or perhaps a mirror in their own domicile gets enchanted through a zany circumstance. What the mirror will show is a reflection of you, but as a feral Pokémon! It does everything you do, just like a real reflection. This reflection might have a mind of its own, or its mind might actually be yours. Either way, you find that the mirror becomes able to be traversed... and by some circumstance, you end up on the othe
It’s been a rough day. You’ve been living on your own for a while, scraping by with the bare essentials, working hard to keep your livelihood up and running. As you lay your head down to rest, you think to yourself how you miss the good old days of childhood, when things weren’t quite as complicated.
Drifting off to sleep, your dreams seem especially weird… and despite it only being a dream, or so you think, there’s something about it that seems exceptionally real. Especially the voices you were hearing, and the changes that were occurring to your body. You had a destiny far greater than you ever could have imagi
Happy New Year to everyone.
I haven't really thought about my future in this year too much. I've graduated college, and I have been looking for a part-time job to supplement myself as I make my footing in the world. But I want to focus on art, most of all. So I'm trying to increase my motivation and my skill. I want to resolve to at least draw one thing every month of this year. And I already have something I'm working on for hopefully this week, if not next week. If I ever get more motivation, then I want to open myself up to more requests, and possibly commissions in the future; that would be my absolute dream to accomplish successfully. S
Hello, everyone. I have to apologize for my last journal. I wasn't aware how low my muse would be, so working on the requests I had asked you to ask of me has been very slow going. I'd like to say sorry a million times, but I hope just a few times will cut it. I'm not planning on abandoning them, but with Sun and Moon having been out for a while and my playtime with them winding down to more menial tasks, I think I can make room for working on the art once more. I already have two, perhaps three in mind from the comments posted on the last journal, so I DO NOT NEED MORE IDEAS IN THE COMMENTS. All I need is a little more time and a little more
