Nazz was born in the North East coast in South America. He grew up in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Art became a central focus in his life. He attended the graphic lyceum in Amsterdam till 1989. During his education, he also devoted much of his time on his sculpting and drawings. After graduating from high school he started his career in the graphic design industry as a graphic artist. A couple years later he realized that he most desired to be on the creative end of art production in the games industry, and joined Sony Computer Entertainment in November 2000. He was immediately fascinated by the challenge and energy of this media. His work is represented in games like Killzone 1,2,3 and Killzone Shadowfall, Bionic Commando, Wanted, and Terminator Salvation. In March 2007 he traveled to Stockholm where he continued his work as a concept artist, modeler, and texture artist.
After spending several years in Sweden, he returns to his base Amsterdam and rejoins
Sony Computer Entertainment.
