the transition isn't very clean. i love this picture and i think it has a great concept and a beautiful model. i think you should give it another shot!

it is easy ... you should put the paper up to line the mouth line , it is blurry between mouth and paper , you use sponge tool ?
and if the camera is on a tripod and u got a friend , u can make 2 or 4 pics ... one with mouth open and on the paper pun another pic with a smile ... and then let the imagination flow ...
it is a god manipulation but try harder ... u can ...
