Description

Let me explain.

The Microorganisms (called by the muggles "germs") are absolutely everywhere. On your table. On your keyboard. On everything you touch. On your fingers. On your face. In your dishes. In your mouth. In the air you breathe. In the water you drink. In fact - in every part of your body. The Microorganisms are everywhere and this has been so since the dawn of time. They are ambient life, present everywhere around the Earth. And you know what? THIS IS OKAY. Because your body has the perfect mechanism to keep you safe, no matter how many of them you come in contact with - it is called an Immune System. The Immune System is immensely powerful, so powerful that it can fight off billions of them at the time and you won't even know it. Yes, the Microogranisms are in your body right now as we speak, and your Immune System is managing them perfectly fine, you don't even feel their presence. Of course, every now and then they may start a more massive invasion, which needs for the Immune System to raise even more of its power to wipe them out - this is commonly called "cold", "fever", "flu" etc. etc. But this is also okay. Whenever you lead a war, every now and then a more major battle comes at hand. Don't worry. Your Immune System is powerful enough and it will win the battle, given its due time.

Now.... when I say "war" (what a scary word, oh noes), when I say that the Microogranisms (a.k.a. "germs") are everywhere, you may be thinking "what a terrible reality, we must escape it". No, we must not. It is a total illusion that you can escape from the germs, that you can isolate yourself from them and avoid any contact. They are literally EVERYWHERE. They have been long before you, and they will be long after you're gone. It is also an illusion that being around germs is detrimental to your health. A much more horrible illusion is that if you can avoid them and sterilize your environment, this is healthy. NO. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT. Remember this powerful Immune System I spoke about earlier? This is not something you're born with. This is a very complex system in your body that is being built and upgraded throughout your life. It starts with the first gulp of air you take. In fact, it starts even in the womb. How is it built? By coming in contact with germs. The only way the Immune System "learns" how to function, how to fight off the germs and keep you safe from them, is by coming in contact with them - especially in childhood - and through battle, developing the natural resistence against them for you. There is NO OTHER WAY. This is also what keeps it powerful and fully functional when you grow up - living in a normal, natural environment, which has plenty of germs all around you. Plenty of them enter your body - and the Immune System fights them off, and because it has to do that all the time, this keeps its swords sharp and keen, so to speak, ready for battle. If you sterilize your environment, it becomes lazy and kiiinda loses its touch. However, you cannot avoid germs forever. Sooner or later some of them will breach your sterilization. Then, if you have a powerful, functioning Immunity, this will be no problem. But if your immunity has been spoiled and crippled by your sterile environment, it will be much more of a problem.

In short: isolating yourself from germs is NOT healthy. In fact, it actually undermines your health.

Have you noticed how people living in the countryside, who regularly go outside, handle things without washing them, eating vegetables without washing them, or working with non-human animals, are generally much healthier and much more rarely catch a common cold? Have you also noticed that those who strive to keep their homes sterile clean are prone to illnesses? As the saying goes, as soon as someone sneezes in the room, they catch the flu. This is not a coincidence. The former expose themselves to an abundance of germs, which are quite harmless in fact, but they keep their immunity up and running. The latter do quite the opposite. Do you know why the latter, sickness-prone people, have become so prevalent nowadays? Because they are so much more profitable for the pharmaceutical industry. Because if you cannot fight off the germs with your own body, you resort to medicine - and give them money. Eventually, you become dependent on the pharmaceuticals - even for the most harmless common cold (which is by the way a coronavirus and is all around us all the fucking time). Well, that is very welcome to the pharmaceutical industry, because it is a constant, reliable inflow of enormous money. The more people are dependent on medicine for the smallest thing - the more money for them. Hence the whole worldwide propaganda to sterilize your home with more and more powerful (i.e. more toxic) "cleaning" chemicals.

Which do you think is healthier? Contaminating your home with toxic chemicals to rid yourself of germs and then live on artificial medicine that substitute your crippled immune system? Or living naturally, without this whole "cleanness" hysteria, having your own immunity and not giving a damn about the flu because your immunity fights it off before it even has a chance to multiply in your system. I have always lived in the countryside. I eat vegetables from my own garden without washing ever them. I don't wash my hands frantically. I clean my home with only water. Yet I get sick fairly seldom - and then I never take medicine and fight it off with fruits and with herbs I've picked myself. And you know what? I don't give a damn about this year's coronavirus - much like the past 20 years.

Feel free to use the stamp, but :+fav: it if you do.

Whenever I get sick, I suffer so much without any treatment, but now I'm fine and very rarely catch any cold or flu. Although I will accept medication if my temperature is too high, I really don't know how to handle that naturally, do you know?
