Ayeka with original blue hair

The project was to use an existing picture of Ayeka and to have her purple hair replaced with her original blue hair style that she was born with. Kajishima has only created a few sketch works to show what it is like, but I wanted to see Ayekas real face with the hair style, which as far as I know didn't exist until I drew it myself.

She looks weird, too much like Tsunami. I prefer Ayeka with purple hair. It makes her look like the elder sister who has secret desires and purple doesn't clash with her shocking pink kimono. Whereas the blue hair does. Perhaps if it was same colour as her blue ribbon tied around her kimono, then it would compliment her outfit more.
In the manga, her hair was originally blue. She just had it genetically modified so she would be more attractive to Yosho.
But her hair possibly being purple would have to do with genes from her parents being either dominant or recessive. In the case of the manga, I would guess blue was the dominant gene, not purple.

Well, in the manga they show this and talk about it in detail like why. However, it was only in B/W. Thanks very much for making color version.
