Chapter 3: An Old Enemy Appears: The Nefarious Dr. Eggman (On Planet Hydo, the inhabitants are thronging the streets of a once-flooded city. Buzz, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream, Cheese and Cosmo stand before the Hydo Elder Neriss after landing the Blue Typhoon over at the spaceport.) Neriss: Thank you for saving Planet Hydo. Since the day Metarex came, we had to hide underground. But we're now free! There's nothing better than this… For your courage and ingenuity, we would like to hold a festival in your honor!
