You can not commission someone to make a Tamashi for you for this event, I will put up a base shortly
You can make up to Three Tamashi
Each Tamashi you make can have any common trait, up to 5 uncommon traits, and a single rare trait
For the sake of being the first MYO event you may make any mutation however making a Mutated Tamashi will take up TWO of your three slots
You may only make your Tamashi before the first of February, not later.
You need to at least have a starting point (a sketch or concept picture) posted before the first, if you have a starting point and can prove when it was first made, you may finish it after no other exceptions
