Current progress: Just sent the manuscript for The Bravest Queen: End of the Age of Queens back to the editor for final edits. Currently working on the cover!
Status Update:
Nine illustrations finished for The Bravest Queen: End of the Age of Queens, and the manuscript is currently out for line edits. 4th of July release looks bleak, but I'm pushing.
Marking my map as I revise my manuscript to make sure my events all flow correctly. There's a lot going on in Spera this time, which hasn't really been explored in the story so far, so keeping up with directions as I move from event to event has been a challenge. Fellow author/artists, do any of you create maps to help you track what's happening in your world?
I'm not dead, just terribly tired. Been working on finishing the manuscript for The Bravest Queen: Age of the End of Queens while getting absolutely worked by the day job. My goal was to get this book out to the masses no later than Thanksgiving, but y'all, I'm just not there. And I know I've been skimping on the art too. Well, maybe in the next couple of weeks I'll have something new share, fingers crossed.
Alright, it looks like the table placement gods have been good to me. Once again, I'll be front row inside the USS Hornet for Carrier Con. Bay Area art fans, put this on your calendar:
March 22!
