Yamabushi JBS OC: Ryumi

Just a long overdue re-draw of an OC originally designed for a Naruto-esque world. The full bio can be found here [link] .


I am trying to improve the coloring of this piece, but don't know where to start. Is it the color choice, lack of shading, too much shading? For whatever reason I feel like my coloring is not my line art justice.

EDIT: So I finally recolored it, and I'm definitely pleased with the improvement. I ended up dropping the whole poster-ish background and just turning it into a profile pic. Very well.
