NPC: Tony Seguya

A second try at the contest, though I'm disappointed at how it turned out. He's too corny to be anything else but an NPC. I was going for nerdy/cool, but I think just managed to pull off nerdy. I just want to make the anti-anime. Argyle sweater vest, bald head, those monkey arms.... anyway, let's try to think of an appealing storyline for him.

Name: Tony Seguya, aka "Seguya the Soundman"

Age: 17

Story: Tony dropped out of high school to pursue a career as Tokyo's next Hip Hop sensation, but the Soundman forgot one very important thing... skills. He can't rhyme. Hell, he can barely spell, but that doesn't stop from bumping his mixtapes in his boombox, in his car, in other people's cars. He's generally a laid back buy, but he'll do ANYTHING to get his record deal and a chance to make it big.
