Eagles Girl - Home

This actually has a couple of meanings to me. Of course I love my Eagles, despite their being the most bipolar team in the league in terms of performance. It's also a sort of homage to my wife who played a season of women's football out in Long Beach a couple years back. Her number was 27. As the title implies, I'm thinking about doing a re-post in away colors. Maybe, maybe not. Either way, go Eagles!

Edit: Revamped the coloring. I am determined to make progress in my coloring/shading skills. I think I've finally settled into a style that complements my line art well. Not perfect by far, but I think I'm onto something.


Ok, so this one's been in the gallery for awhile, but I just redid the coloring. I'm looking for general opinions on the coloring and shading, especially the skin tone. That seems to give me the most problems. Also, does the contrast between the darkest and lightest colors work? I'm never certain if part of my coloring problem stems from the fact I make the shadows way too dark.
