Counter-intel

A drawing that had been sitting on my computer for months. This is my first successful attempt at cel-shading. I've been working on this style for awhile but always end up relying on the blur tool to smooth things out when it doesn't look right.


How does the shading look? Does it actually look shaded or like I just dumped a bunch of color splotches on top of each other?
