Kyogre Groudon Legends by Laikari Kyogre Groudon Legends by Laikari
Started this ever since the Japanese versions of the Lugia and Ho-oh cards were released..though I took a few long breaks in between.

This is 100% self drawn. No card makers or stocks were used..although I had about 20 some references opened when making these. First time attempting to draw TCG cards so they're not that great.

The elements really help to add to the realism of them escaping from the cards, and FANTASTIC job of drawing the cards yourself too!

I'd tech Kyogre Legend in Luxchomp, with Energy Gain Luxray can attack for 0, Garchomp for 1.

O_O Those look like official cards! O_O And MAN are they awesome! In fact, I really wish that they would have done this instead of combining them. Why were Ho-oh and Lugia the only Pokemon to be single on a Legend card pair? Every other Legend card pair had two Pokemon on it... >_<

I'm not sure if it was released outside Japan yet. But the card has been scanned and uploaded to various Pokemon sites. Unfortunately, they combined the two like all the other Legends besides Ho-oh and Lugia.

There's actually going to be a Kyogre and Groudon Legend card(s) in the next set. It's an overkill against any Fire or Lightning card: up to 1000(!!!) Damage with it's Massive Eruption attack.

I'm kinda bothered how that Groudon card isn't resistant to Electric. For that matter, the majority of the official Groudon cards. D'ya think the reasoning behind this is that giving Groudon a resistance while Kyogre has none would make it unbalanced? On the other hand, there's no excuse in not giving Kyogre a Water resistance since it resists both Water and Ice...

I'll never completely understand the thought process of the TCG card makers...

Nevertheless, the art is excellent.

Really awesome artwork! Faved, the only thing I didn't like was the side info that is on the top too, and it doesn't really looks real because of that, but dispite that, it is awesome, keep up with the good work ^^d

They're actually 2 cards combined into one. If you look near the middle of the card edges, you can see where the 2 cards split.
