This a reconstitution of the Keep of the Templar place in Paris, at the middle-age period.
I have done the model few years ago and I have decide to re-use it for a new image.

Fantastic work. Shame it is no longer standing. The architecture is very accurate, from what reconstructions I've seen. One thing, though, I expect in Europe the Templars would have gone about in their monastic dress rather than their armour, as you have them here.

Thanks for your comment.
Your are right about the monastic dress/armor remark, when Templars were not in battle or war situation. (I must confess that I have not think about it when I have made the image, even if I am usually the first to make this kind of remark). I will modify this when I will have some time.

That's a wonderful bit of modelling! Most of it could easily be mistaken for a photograph of a real place, although there aren't many places like that in quite such good condition.

There's only one detail that doesn't seem quite right to me: the corbelling at the foot of the tower on the left seems a bit too sharp, and with steps that are a bit big. I'd actually expect conical stonework with individually shaped stones rather than angular steps.

Really cool. It's massive, and this image shows it's size well. Excellent materials as well.
