Mermaids by LadyRavenhawk Mermaids by LadyRavenhawk
Again, same project as the other one. I can't find the original stock to give credit, so if you recognize it, let me know so I can give credit where it is due. Thanks!

That's cool. I found a nude picture in a frame with a chick that had body paint on her in the art departments storage closet. I ask felicia if nudity is acceptable in class & she said as long as it was done in an artistic way. LOL

you could work some more on lights and tails. right now it looks like a 3D render, and, well..
especially 2nd mermaid. since she is further away than the first, shouldn't she be more pale? and the rock she sits on, it's obviously pasted..

Yeah, I'm really not too happy with the mermaid in the background. I should probably re-do this being as I'm quite a bit better at photoshop now. I just was going through some old stuff and decided to post it. Thank you for your constructive criticism. :)

ahahahaha well this was meant to be I'm sure.

I just opened up the dA main page and saw this. It'd be pretty hard NOT to recognise that tail, I LOVED THAT FISH!!! :'(

Like what you've done with it, you've done the mermaids really nicely.

The blue tail belongs to my Proximo he died almost a year ago :( and can be credited at [link]

Thanks!

WOW! That was a quick response! Thanks so much for speaking up! I did this almost a year ago, so I knew there was no hope of finding the original stock on my own. Thank you for allowing me to use your photo. That was the most beautiful fish I've ever seen.
I'm sorry for your loss. It's hard to lose a pet. :(

Weird how the world works, huh? I really should be in bed and it was just on a whim that I posted this. I have finals tomorrow and I'm afraid if I go to sleep, I won't wake up in time. So I decided to go through my old stuff and see if there was anything worth posting to try and keep myself awake. Especially with you catching it for the whole half of a second it was on the front page. That's wild. You really were meant to find it. LOL.
