Ok, so I have to ask people this. Before I say why I want to explain. I am in my 20's, and I live at home with my parents. I can't find a job but I do chores around the house. This includes making supper two times a week. Today is one of the days I had to cook so I decided to do frozen pizza's that cook in the oven. Fair enough. I got the oven preheated, unwrapped the pizza's, but to put the pizza's in, I asked my mom help to put them in as some toppings had fallen off the pizza's. I wasn't sure the best way to put them in with out spilling the toppings. She comes in, well says she won't help, but she comes to the kitchen as its a way point in the house. And she gets upset because the oven was open, saying I was letting all the heat out. She then grabbed an oven mitt and told me it was just common sense to use one and pull out the rack and put the pizza's in that way with the other hand or such. And here is the thing. I cook twice a week! I have only ever done frozen pizza's twice before, different brands, and the last time was at least a month ago. Now this is why I am over reacting. I told my mom, being annoyed, that I if I am not used to something/rarely does it, then I don't know what is common sense! I mean, when ever my mom has done frozen pizza's, I don't watch her. I am a visiual person, so I do better with printed instructions, or if I am told something step by step.
Don't worry sis, I'm not in my 20's yet, but I feel you. I guess this mom/daughter thing is kinda universal ~_~ huh?
Yeah, and just yesterday I made supper again, and I was cooking hamburger. Again, its been months since I last cooked hamburger, I had forgotten a few details, so I asked my mom. She gave me half answers and got mad saying I should know this stuff.
