Description
Foxcat's mermaid character. I didn't plan on spending so much time on this one, but somehow it ended up being a full-blown paint-a-thon directed by my Inner Perfectionist.
Said director thinks this isn't done yet (I want to re-do almost everything; Foxcat forbade me erase it and start over.) I could point out all the things that need fixing, like the lighting, but...I really have to say "stop" at some point, and this is it.
