This week's creature feature is: Alicorn.
"Alicorn" is the most modern name for a horse possessing both a horn and wings. They are sometimes said to be the result of a union between a unicorn and a pegasus, but are just as often considered their own separate species.
From Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alicorn :
An alicorn is, usually, the horn of a unicorn, or the material of which the horn is made. In some modern fiction, an alicorn is a winged unicorn.
(That's all they've got! Someone with an account there should expand it *hint hint*)
Some "facts" about Alicorn:

Some "facts" about Alicorn:
- Alicorn are also known as Pegacorns, Unisus, Cerapters, and Winged Unicorns.
- Most Alicorn have feathered wings, but they can occasionally have bat wings. The latter can sometimes be mistaken for Nightmares, a separate breed.
- There appear to be no myths associated with the Alicorn. Artist simply liked adding wings to unicorns XD
- The most popular color of Alicorn is definitely white. Black and brown are also popular.
- Although the Alicorn is a fairly "recent addition" to the mythical animal kingdom, it is already rather popular, appearing in online games such as Neopets, Pony Island and Ponystars and in toys such as My Little Pony and Bratz dolls.
