If you've got the energy to draw every day, and it makes you happy go for it. The more you practice
how to break down a complex subject into simple shapes the better at it you will be.
You could say every time I wanted to draw something, I was 'practicing' and I was doodling here and there during my school days.
I'm no longer physically capable of drawing every day, but before I got ill, more days than no I was drawing. And I was always experimenting with different things, working on things like hands or trying to get better at specific aspects of coloring. To get better at something pick an aspect of it you are having issues with and try getting better at it. Small steps rather than trying to improve everything all at once and getting overwhelmed.
