Since you've commented on MediumSizeTex's "Gimme a Spotlight" post, I have to inform you that everything he mentioned in the description has been debunked. Twilight Sparkle is the one who is "pretty much the bravest character in the show," and here's why.
Twilight Sparkle was "terrified and miserable and dying inside" once she got caught in Sombra's trap. She knew she "didn't have a chance in Tartarus of coming out of it." She knew that Celestia's test would "absolutely super maximum fail" if she didn't deliver the Crystal Heart. But she forced Spike to deliver the Crystal Heart for the Crystal Empire's sake. And that's how she - and Cadence who restored the Crystal Heart - saved the day, not Spike.
Seriously, that undoubtedly sounds braver than Spike singing an song incorrectly.
Furthermore, the crux of the problem with Spike - and episodes featuring him - is that you must drag everyone down if you wan thim to shine at all.
MediumSizeTex knew all that himself, but he chose to unabashedly throw Twilight Sparkle - and everyone else - under the bus for Spike's sake... So, in the end, you should consider MediumSizeTex as a reasonable suspect — a fraud. He may be a good artist, but he should be ashamed of himself...
