[Commission] Cosmia Nebula Reference

Must appologize for being damn slow and inactive. Spent the last few days just playing with my sis all day and being lazy. I need to get a scheduel for my damn life otherwise I'll never become anything. I am good at fixing a lot of things but wasted time is unfixable.
