Thought I made her head too proportionate small in the beginning, but now I'm not so sure.
I'm probably going to end up drawing most of the sages this way.

Pretty! That dress is so sexy! And I'll never know how you used all those light colors without making her look washed-out. Great job!
Seriously though it may be because I used mainly all black for the line work. allowing me to use very bright colors without making them look washed out.
I also used shades of light grey in this too if that helps explain.
