One of the first promotional illustrations I’ve done for Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 It’s homage to original manga’s cover, and it’s my favourite one!

My Mom and I LOVE GiTS and we watched the first 5 episodes of SAC_2045 just this morning! We'll watch the rest tomorrow. We LOVE it! I love the time skip and how there's a mystery as to what they were doing before the start of the events of what's going on in the new series! Plenty of time to have another series that covers that. But, I'm pretty sure it takes place after 2nd Gig. But, the Major's design and the Tachikomas are from Arise. They moved on to Buchikomas at the end of 2nd Gig. So, I'm not sure.

I've watched some--congrats--and I wish they had used your style for the whole thing rather than 3DCG. That approach works great for all the mechanical designs, but your work shines through on the end credits and blows the series' look away in terms of characters. Gorgeous. I get mad when Netflix wants to make me skip those credits!
Good stuff as always! Glad you get to be a pro and live the dream, as it were.

The Illustrations here are nice, would not mind a series based on those....
However even if you will hate me, the Netflix show is like a piece of crap inside a cheap plastic bag. Neither the package not the content are good.
I can say its at best same junk like the movie. Well I think they managed to make the whole series with a fraction of the budget of the movie...
It is hard to watch - looks like cheap Fortnite run on a Pentium 4.... and am not sure if it will have some soul either... its the same butchery like other top anime themes - e.g. Death note...
