Manip T+T - Create your own Brushes

This is another one of those topics I have been meaning to cover for ages. Now that I did a new brush pack [Cloudy Smoke Brushes] I finally found the oportunity to actually do it. :w00t:

I love deviantART! Tutorial Content:
Learn to create your own brushes from anything including from pictures and adjust brush settings to get tailor-made paint brushes. While it does not cover all possibillities (that would've been way too much for one tutorial), it should get you started with experimenting :aww:

I can't wait to see what you will do with this! Please show me!

Bullet; Purple  I have a collection for images done using my tutorials (and that credit the tut) here - I hope we can fill it some more!

All images used in this are my own.

Bullet; Purple Bullet; Purple Bullet; Purple  Reminder:
When you create your own brush sets, keep in mind that you cannot break copyright law here either! Meaning: you need to have permission to use the images you want to use to make brushes (google is not a stock search, stock providers may not allow this kind of use [I don't!] -- it is safest to use your own images/drawings/material to create brush sets!). Mixing and matching sets from other brush providers is something you can do privately, but NEVER for redistribution!

More Tutorials in my GALLERY & in this OVERVIEW JOURNAL

Overview: My TutorialsThis is an overview of the Photomanipulation / Photoshop Tutorials available in my Gallery. Some are a little old (still using PS7), but the principles are still valid (even though some of the really old ones may seem outdated aesthetically). Generally, the further down in each list, the newer the tutorials. Tutorials with this symbol youtube Icon  are video tutorials - the newer ones can also be found on my youtube channel.
There are now also photography and stock/resources providing guides listed below the manip ones :aww:
At the bottom, you will also find a list of possible future tutorials, a collection of ideas. If you have something I could add to this list, do feel free to comment and let me know!
If you want to get a reminder each time I update this list, please tell me in a comment - I'll create a list of people at the bottom and you

Bullet; Purple Bullet; Purple Bullet; Purple  IMPORTANT COPYRIGHT NOTICE:
My tutorials are not to be distributed in part or in full. Do not upload them elsewhere! Link people here instead. No exceptions! I do not allow translations either, simply because I cannot check the quality of the translation when I don't speak the language. Plus, these tuts take a lot of work and all I want in return is a little feedback and credit.
