Animation with Photoshop

Uploading older tutorials for migration of #photoshop-tutorials' gallery to the new groups system - I didn't remember I had this many uploaded just over there ^^;

First uploaded: August 31, 2005

Learn the basics of animation: frame-by-frame and tweening (opacity, effects, position) included.

IMPORTANT: This tutorial was written for Photoshop 7 in which ImageReady was still a separate programme! In versions CS and up, ImageReady was integrated into Photoshop itself - so you no longer need to use ImageReady to get to the Animations window - instead, go to Window > Animation right inside Photoshop and follow the tutorial from there!

:bulletblue: Press download to get the zip file! Extract and double click on the file called "click_me.htm" to get started.
If you use this I'd love to see (and fave)!

I've started using cs to do the same thing. It takes a few tests though but it's good and quick. making frames from layers feels easier than making lots of symbols in flash.

I agree with you :nod: Flash just takes loads of practice and most of the times what I'm aiming to do is not that complicated :)
