Empyrean Moon-Form

I was considering some designs (the colors are forever difficult and I'm still not 100 on the combinations) for DMQ for the Sol senshi.   Because I couldn't decide who to do, I picked Elation to model what'll be Usagi's outfit.  The only thing I haven't designed yet is a tiara which I may just leave off.  Dunno. considering it.    It's Mucha inspired sort of outfit.

Welp that's fun, may fine tune it later. 

As for what I call this power up- I think Empyrean Form is a good name. (and yes, Elation's group will also have one eventually when I get to it.)
