I just gotta ask, for as long as ive been following you I could never pinpoint where its from...so I gotta ask...
Where did you get the idea for the way you draw your eyes?
Part of it is inspiration from a few artists, part is a personal challenge. The personal challenge is keeping the top and bottom eyelashes connected. It's very common in anime styles to have them disconnected, but I wanted to challenge myself to keep it consistent, and then it became part of my style's identity. :p
Some of the main inspirations include: the duo from Shuffle!, Baka-Ouji Persia's work in Kimizono, Shigenori Soejima's work on Persona, Masayuki Doi's work on the Trauma series, Tetsuya Nomura's work on Kingdom Hearts, Taraku Uon's work on Onegai Teacher/Twins.
