I got some really awesome pictures of my oiran cosplay at Anime North! I wore it for the kimono fashion show and afterwards we all had a bit of a photoshoot.
This photo shows the makeup and kanzashi in a bit more detail. I kind of like how the lighting ended up looking rather yellow in this shot. I think it gives the photo a sort of vintage look.
