Description
Hellooooo everyone! Long time no post. I've been keeping myself busy work wise and certainly with my 2 month old son
I'm so glad to finally present to you, my loyal fans - something I've been busting to show you all for months now! I present to you the Autobot Elite Guard flagship - THE STEELHAVEN!!! Make sure u click 'download' for full rez action!
I was lucky enough to be able to contribute to the 'Transformers Animated - Allspark Almanac II'!
Jim Sorenson over at [link] - famous for the previous Almanac and a couple of other awesome TF books gave me the go ahead to finally post this pic, as the Almanac 2 officially came out today! Yay!
This was a labour of love and I'd be delighted if you would take the time to zoom in on this pic and see how much thought went into this - I watched TFA episodes, screen capped and researched and sketched and planned the entire workings of this ship. Most of it you will never see!
Rest assured every scene, room, corridor and set piece seen in the Steelhaven from the show is in there - and painstakingly positioned and set up so as to act as a functioning ship. The storage room that Swindle ransacks, the shuttle he gets away in - the brig, the little pipe that Optimus uses to exit the energon storage room and get to the brig, the main deck - it's all there! The only thing it is missing (apart from wires and teeny tiny details) is the forward deck (like in Omega, as seen in the first eps) and the 'control room' below it and also the 'spark chamber' - simply ran out of time!
Also - Jim said "Make it look like it could in theory transform like Omega does."
"Sure!" I said... hahaha - that's in there too! U can see a few servos, joints and the like - so theoretically it is possible...
And once again - a massive thank you to Jim, for all his help and patience and the chance to contribute to the franchise I love the most - and to Derrick J. Wyatt, Marty Isenberg and the rest of the TFA team for all the awesome they created!!!
Anyways, hope you all dig!
Adios!
PS. Today is my Wife and my 11 year anniversary - weeee!

Nice work.
