What are "Stock Photos" and can I use "Stock Photos" in my submissions?

For anyone who is wondering...
Morgaine is character from a novel of M. Zimmer Bradley, she was my inspiration for this stock series. I am not pagan\wiccan and these images are nothing more then stock photography.

Outfit: regulat ONLY dress customized by me ( I did the hood, belt and gloves which don't see well lol) Sorry for my shoes but you can hardly go there without mountain boots)
