Sailor Neptune

EDIT: Wow, amazingly this image has appeared in the top 50 images under "Sailor Neptune" out of the 14,500 images on dA! Thank you so much guys. I didn't think this image would become so popular.


I know it seems quite random, but Sailor Neptune was one of my favorite cartoon characters. And, whenever I try to draw something Fantasy or Post-Apocalyptic, it fails, so I'm trying something new.

New technique: gradient map shading.
