Tylosaurus proriger profile

Complete Profile of the giant mosasaur Tylosaurus proriger, a fearsome sea monster in all its impressive glory! It might have had gums over its teeth, as can be evidenced by the enamel, and its head as long and elongated for delivering blows to prey like a swordfish. And it preyed upon fish, turtles, plesiosaurs, birds, pterosaurs and other mosasaurs in its natural habitat as well.
I choose this cool gray color scheme with the countershading for the beast because it would look ideal for its marine environment as well as its reputation as top predator of the seas at the time. Moreover the stripes and the countershading are allusions to tigers (I originally wanted Tylosaurus to have black stripes many many years ago, before switching to the countershaded color pattern that I have now) and to recent discoveries showing that mosasaurs were dark at the top and light at the bottom, respectively.
