FOR ALL PEOPLE WHO DESIRE TO BECOME AN ADMIN:
Being able to work as a team and honesty is extremely important to us. We look for people who fit our current team, so we need to know a little about you before even considering hiring you. Being active in the group is the best way to show us that not only you care about the group, but also what kind of person you are. Being silent or socially awkward is not a problem to us, but we need you to be able to say if you are struggling with something, need a time off, or are confused. We are kind and understanding as long as we know what's going on! We are also currently using Discord as our communication program. We use different Google Sheets and Docs on all jobs, so knowing them is plus, but not must as you will be instructed to their use.

Since our main priority is teamwork, we're looking for people who match with our current admins. If you have bad blood inbetween some of the current admins, you might be declined to keep the team spirit up.

As an admin, you are not, and will never be, above other members. You are expected to treat others with respect, and any top-dog mentality will not be tolerated. You are also expected to keep the future plans and possible numbers in secret, even after leaving the admin position. This is extremely important, and leaking any numbers of our system will be followed by a punishment.

◇ Design approver

You need to have a keen eye for small details, design approving is easily the most time consuming job due to it being impossible to create anything automatically. You need to have a good knowledge of the markings, their rules, and how the import texts are filled, and you need to be communicative with other admins to double check if you're unsure so that we can maintain even rules inbetween everyone.

◇ Import uploader

Not currently hiring
Not complicated but labourful, your job is to go through the queue the design approvers have made, double check the designs, correct small mistakes in the text and upload them to Kuku-ri. Your job is also to put the admin comments in the imports.

◇ Breeding roller

Not currently hiring
A task that requires most trust, this is a job that requires you to either be closely trusted or being already in the admin team. Your job is to mix the two parents and roll through the numbers, and although it isn't a complex task since every number is pre-given, it still requires you to pay attention to everything the Kukuri. Your job is also write down the monthly breeding usages and used slots.

◇ Activity roller

Not currently hiring
A labor intensive work, your job is to reward people with loot! Not necessarily complex, you check are the entries within the required rules, and does the Kukuri have the listed familiars and training. If you enjoy giving items to people and thinking up small RP responses, this job is for you.

◇ Activity letters

Not currently hiring
A job where you roll letter prompts to people, but also check the finished entries, roll the loot and add it to the bank accounts. Requires small personalized replies on the loot rolls, so if you enjoy writing little snippets, this is the job for you!

◇ FP counting

Currently hiring
You go through the trackers of people's Kukuris, confirm their FP amounts and give them ranks and skill points. It can be difficult to decide is the Kukuri showing enough or not or is the bg good enough or not, but otherwise it's more labour heavy than complex. If you enjoy counting and seeing a lot of different kind of art, this is for you!

◇ Shop and banking

Not currently hiring
Another job that requires a lot of counting, but is otherwise very straight forwarded. Your job is go buy and sell items from and to members, and move them in their bank accounts. You also apply the familiars to the imports and heal injured kukuris.

◇ Adoption Center

Not currently hiring
Your job is to both resctock the Adoption center, counting how much people get from their donated Kukuris, and give them out to the newbies, checking that they do not already own a Kukuri. A relatively easy but labour intensive job. If you enjoy helping new people out, this is a job for you!

◇ Misc duties

Not currently hiring
Your job is to keep various parts of the group rolling that were not listed here, like ownership transfers, design request rewards, release to the wild and import updates. You need to be versatile and good at taking initiative.

◇ Training

Not currently hiring
A labor intensive work, your job is to approve and comment training entries, marking finished training to the breeding sheet, adding training entries and awards to the import comments. You'll be seeing lots of art, so if you enjoy looking at art and checking do they fill requirements, this might be the job for you!

◇ Quest rolling

Not currently hiring
You roll the monthly quests, open chests and pouches found from activities, are in charge of future installments of quests and will also be help with the events when they take the place of the monthly quest. You're expected to like and be ready to write personal little messages, so if roleplaying comes easy for you this is your job.

◇ Jack of All Trades

Not currently hiring
You are our back-up plan. Versatile and quick to learn, you will take the mod's place if they are going for a vacation or need a little breather. You will be trained for the job on the spot, so you're expected to be good at taking initiative, grasping new contexts easily, ABSOLUTELY must be good at communicating, and especially have a strong desire to help. You also need to be very trustworthy, as the longer you are a Jack, the more you learn about the different positions. When no admin is on a break or vacation, you will help the section that is currently struggling the most.
