nice picture. But it's core is supporting the myth of the female as nurturing and good and the male as violent aggressive and evil. Womens evil is more covert and subtle, pulling string, using proxy agents and so on.....but it's definitely there.
Art can be propaganda, even though it's not the intention, because it tends to boil down things to core beliefs.
