Thank you for the critique This illustration was part of a big book about the Arthurian Myth. There was a lot of big, detailed and colorful illustrations
and to give fresh air to the book there was a lot of small and undetailed drawings
and the Stonehenge landscape.
As I can remember the pitch for Stonehenge was to make a drawing as I did In my "travelogues" (carnets de voyage in french) . And to make it without color because it was a "flashback" about Stonehenge in the ancient times, before it was destroyed.
