UPDATE: I decided to leave it like that, texturing is kinda complicated and i don't want to bother about it really. So yeah this one's gonna be a final result.
UPDATE: Added more views to the deviation, enjoy the fullview. Also applied smooth modifier to almost every part of the gun. Modelling stage is finished (might add some small details later if i would desire to). The gun consists of 45 objects, 231 710 polygons and 230 971 vertices. Moving on to texture this.
UPDATE: Added a simple cheekrest (might modify it later), a buttstock, intendations on the magazines (also connected them together and added magazine ejection mechanism, which is barely visible on renders provided, sorry xD), mag release switch, holes in the handguard (they will be circular, don't worry about that... they were a bitch to make since i had to model the interior of the handguard for them to be displayed properly), bottom bipod mount and a bunch of screws here and there.
One day an awesome idea struck my mind: make a machinegun that would use double tube mags. And then i went to
and asked him if he wants to make a collab out of it and of course he agreed. I put the images i use for reference in the top left corner, just so you can see that i don't simply take it from the top of my head
Anyways this is a low poly version at the moment, but wow it already look awesome. It is quite difficult to model some parts but i will overcome this challenge like a boss. Anyways i hope you'll enjoy this, i'll probably update this from time to time if i'm not too lazy
