Skorpiovenator bustingorryi.
Questa è la prima tavola di – diciamo così – character design di questo animale che ho realizzato per la disegnatrice della storia a fumetti del 5° volume della mia serie "Dinosauri".
Purtroppo infatti i tempi richiesti dagli editori mi hanno costretto a rinunciare all'idea di poter realizzare tutti e 6 i volumi in prima persona.

Skorpiovenator è una scoperta recente: è un Carnotaurinae che visse circa 90-100 milioni di anni fa in Patagonia - Argentina.
Lungo circa 6 metri, come tutti i Carnotaurini è di una bruttezza quasi indescrivibile!
Bisogna però ammettere che ha il suo "fascino"...
Questa tavola descrive il suo corpo in una specie di proiezione ortogonale.

Skorpiovenator bustingorryi.
This is the first piece of a "character design" I made for the comic of the 5th volume of my series "Dinosaurs".
Unfortunately – because of the time required by the publishers – I was forced to leave the idea of make the whole 6 volumes series in first person.

Skorpiovenator is a recent discovery: is a Carnotaurinae who lived about 90-100 million years ago in Patagonia, Argentina.
About 6m/19ft long, like all the Carnotaurinae it was very ugly!
But we must admit that he has "charm" ...
This table describes his body with a kind of orthogonal projection .
