Color version - revised and amended - of the previous reconstruction kronosaurus82.deviantart.com/a…
This is a new Ornithocheiridae genus, characterized by a large snout; it had a wingspan of over 4.5 meters (15 feet) and lived in Brazil during Early Cretaceous.
It still hasn't a published name (but I already know what its name is gonna be! :D ), and it's unofficially known as Abaquar, or as the "Kitakyushu Pterosaur".

I was waiting to publish these 3 Brazilian pterosaurs drawing from quite a while (here the other two beasts: kronosaurus82.deviantart.com/a… kronosaurus82.deviantart.com/a….
Even if recently other reconstructions appeared on the National Geographic website, mine are actually the very first ones, because they were commissioned by the paleontologist Hebert Bruno Campos himself over 18 months ago. Unfortunately official descriptions of these animals are still unpublished, so I had to wait until now to show these three drawings, all of them explicitly requested without a background scenario.
