Description
To download: Click on "Download File" in the top right corner of this page.
These are "my" brushes. I didn't really make these (only a few of them and I don't even remember which), but collected them over the years from various artists. I have been using a set like this for a long time now, since about 2007/2008, with only minor changes.
I'm uploading it here for all of you. And also for myself as an insurance against future disasters. You see, I've always made a lot of backup copies of all my files, but forgot my Photoshop brushes! Then when my computer suddenly died in 2010, my brushes were lost. Only because I had given the brushes to a much esteemed colleague in 2008 I was able to get them back since he still had them.
Lesson learnt: I WILL ALWAYS BACKUP MY BRUSHES.
I'm also doing this by uploading them here!
Enjoy!
How to use them in Photoshop:
- Unzip the file to get the .abr file.
- Open Photoshop, select the brush tool.
- Click next to the arrow of the shown brush on the upper tool bar to open the "Brush Preset Picker".
- Click the small circled arrow on the right side next to the pixel size.
- Select "Load Brushes" and choose the .abr file.
- ????
- Profit!!!
