It seems that Tifa has brought Cloud to the Wall Market to have some fun but he's not comfortable in his actual position at all. Because Tifa thought it'd be funny to hide him in her armpit as a way to go unnoticed.
Guess Tifa is thinking on plenty things to do while staying at Wall's Market with all those gils she's having to spend without a guilt. But Cloud isn't amused when fighting with not getting squashed by that armpit.
Tifa is looking gorgeous in this render as usual but having Cloud to be trapped in one of her armpits was a funny addition. Hope she's not to transpire very often on a daily basis or even being forgotten by accident.
