Rainbow Wiggle Cursor

So i did a few mini cursors!
I first did one of those really tiny ones with a rainbow gradient, but seeing those wiggle cursors was so cute!
Unfortunately since it's a gif there i can't implement the several layers of transparency, it is on a white backing, so it might work better on some pages than others!
