I did some intense background painting on my most recent strips, and thought it might be nice to upload them without text so you could see them!
These are pages 97-100 of my webcomic, Prince of Cats: [link]
These are painted in brown only, because it's a flashback- it's Burnt Sienna and Burnt Umber holbein gouche on Cartiera Magnani paper.

Being a design guy, I'm actually most impressed with how you seamlessly integrated the speech bubbles, imitating the water-color style. You did it so well I never thought about it. I just assumed you sketched it out and painted around the bubbles!
