During a party for the Basque people i met a group of Kurdish, we spent a good afternoon but .. they SMOKE a lot XD

They were here for humanitary help, the situation of Kurish villages in North Irak is not good , the turkish aviation attack civilian with many killed and people without houses and so many of them join the Pkk guerrilla group, i hope in a pacific end of this conflict: a new moderate Turk governamant that speak with a legal kurdish party for a stable peace (Kurd people is not islamic and arab, they have an own particular culture and language)

(at real i think that some of them were Pkk members, a boy here wonded a finger and one of the Kurdish put tobacco on the wound and explain that it is a "guerrilla medicine" .. and infact the blood stopped immediatly, but don't try it , it hurt )

eh eh, yes surely. But was wonderful meet this people . I am afraid that in your country you can't do a similar meeting (i think that the Us police don't tollerate it)

I've only seen one thing were the police just left and let the group protest. some the police watch the group with weapons at the ready. And too many times I've seen them attack the crowds. I'm grateful to see the people fight back once in a while. It shows that there's still hope that someone will unite the scattered factions and bring the revolution. But how can they when the government can make people disappear into one of their secret prisons?
