Dragon's Cure - part 2 by Kooskia Dragon's Cure - part 2 by Kooskia
(c) Kooskia (comic)
(c) Naomi Novik (original Temeraire's series)

Second part of a pair of pictures for :icongoogynoober:
Actually i planned at first to make just one comic, but there was too much to draw and i split it in two parts, this is the first.

In the book Empire of Ivory the protagonists finds a cure for a plague that was killing the dragons, but the cure itself it's an african mushroom that seems to cause peculiar effects on the dragons.

I had some fun drawing this page (cute Napoleon xD) even if it took me ages cause some problems in sketching it

Haha! :-D It is not only funny but with some historical subtext. Now we know the true reasons of invasion in Spain. And you right, Napoleon was a pretty tall man for his country. BTW the scene with human doctors had reminded me the scene frome Temeraire based fanfiction story where Lien was trying to heal herself from depression by human medicine and ofcourse it didn't work.

Yep, Napoleon wasn't short.. it was that he was surrounded by his personal guards that were tall and he seemed shor because of this ^^ I liked to add this element.
I'm happy you liked it x3
However i've finished to read Dragon Avanger (the second Book of Age of Fire), i've told AlMCAlmaron that if he want, he's free to talk with you and suggesting you themes for commissions that you could like to ask me x3
He's a great fan and knowler of the series.
Even if honestly i think to have already in mind a possible theme for a fancomic (and maybe a fanart too, but it will be an indipendent work of mine). The only problem it's this little idea is VERY spoiler!
Basically would be a comparison of the protagonists of book 1 and book 2 and all their life experiences.

"Age of Fire"
Oh you read it quickly :D I must read one little English book before I would start Age of Fire (“Dealing with Dragons” by Patricia Wrede :D). It's pity that Age of Fire books are not on my native language.
"AlMCAlmaron"
If he has the ideas for fan art or fan comics I would glad to order some commissions. I don't loose an interest to those series until I read them all (Temeraire, Age of Fire, maybe Pern). I tried to read Eragon but had dropped it on the fiftieth page. Paolini's writing style is too annoying for me. :D
