How not to rip people's ideas off

I thought this was a rather interesting find through another artist journal which Ive dubbed Mr. Noctowl.

I find it really important that others also try to understand this. Since finding your own self image can be difficult. This honestly shares a lot of same views I feel when it comes to this subject. Plus this is a good reason why I try so hard in making things in my own right. Another,  I don't highly reference or ref at all other artist's Illustrative work. _{I'm really stubborn}
Design on the other hand it kinda tricky. Lets also not forget fanart, your kinda merit to use ref. Again, the blog generally sums up how I feel about all of this anyway! Please give it a read!
