It's an unfortunate failing of the mental capability of a large percentage of the human population that they're easily gulled by declarations of authority, without putting even the least effort into verifying what they're told. Most people are too busy in their daily lives, too tired after work, too distracted by entertainments and stresses. A disturbingly high proportion of the population are also literally "unthinking" without realizing their disability. These have no internal voice. They can't, and don't think in words but haven't been made aware that this is unusual. Some people have aphantasia; the inability to visualize. They can't see images in their minds, they can't imagine a picture, but they likely believe this inability of theirs is normal. And naturally, of any population, half of the people are going to have IQs below the average. Half above, half below. It's just painfully obvious that none of these people '+watching' and '+fav' us are either interested in the community, or are just outright bots. I've had my own issues with it, namely individuals who can't just move on if they don't like my content, but that's not the community as a whole.
