Built sometime around 445,000 BC, the Shemyaza was Daelthaneous' ultimate terror weapon.
Little is known about this monstrosity, save that this was its pre-transformation state that allowed it to travel around the galaxy.
It is seen in Book 5 "Godahkeen" of the Nexus Arcana series.

NOTES:
My expression of the typical planet destroying trope found in many SF novels, games, movies, etc.
I based my idea on a few sources.
Nibiru from Babylonian mythology.
The soul-collector machine from the horror science fiction novel The Space Vampires written by author Colin Wilson.
And an antique ivory plumb-bob used on the end of a plumb-line.

As much as I love planet dwarfing spaceships, they're REALLY not practical or necessary as warships. A small warship with drop rods would be just as effective against most ground-based targets. That is, unless you want to absolutely vaporize a planet, which I don't know why you would. Seems like a massive waste of energy and resources. But even then, just give it some really high-powered, relativistic railguns and a ship that's only a few KM long can do the same damage. While also being far more maneuverable and mobile.

Like in Star Wars, Had the Empire not built the Death Star and instead built a fleet of Executor class dreadnoughts so large it would blot out a star, along with more destroyers, small craft, and fighters, they would have defeated the rebels fairly easily. Though I wouldn't call a super star destroyer agile, it can certainly out maneuver anything this size. That's why I believe a massive fleet is always better than one massive ship.

All that being said, I love the general design. I've seen something very similar to it before, it was a concept ship for an interstellar ark, and was much, MUCH smaller. I can't remember where I saw it though, it was something some scientist proposed in the 80s I believe.

Thank you.
I can't give away why Daelthaneous had this built, but I can say there is a valid reason beyond "Fear shall keep the systems inline".
Nexus Arcana is nothing like Star Wars. :D
Keep in mind that Shemyaza goes from looking like this plumb-bob shaped mobile planet, to ending up like this.

do WE GET SPECS FOR THIS INSANE THING??

I don't know if my Role Playing Game system can handle specs for something that big? :o
It would be billions or even trillions of displacement tons and doing the math would be headache inducing. :D
I actually calculate volume for all the Nexus Arcana ships, vehicles, mecha, etc. so that they are not ridiculous.
Calculating the volume of the systems of the Shemyaza would take weeks.

I have an IDEA as to why he had it built.. **Coughs, points down, extends pinky finger, Coughs** lol, just a joke.

Anyway, "Day-Uhl-Thane-E-Us" Is that how it's pronounced?

You could say he built it to fuck the galaxy. :D :p
His name is pronounced "Dahl-Thane-Eee-Oohs".
The concept for this machine comes from the Japanese anime Ideon.

Hello:
This has to be the craziest of all your creations ;) . Not to mention that objects this big has been spotted actually, one guy found one following NASA's SOHO streams but it was censored.

 Also, I love the emblem.

Hi Chiletrek,

Thank you.
I had to make this model for the 5th book.
We meed the Shemyaza (what's left of it anyway) in the first book.

After reading the description in the link, I can only say: It seems that something is coming!

Thank you.
It gets a little crazy, but I keep it within the confines of established scientific theory. :)

No problem :) .
That is even better, because it is easy to make unbelievable crazy stuff, but to make crazy stuff that is believable? That is a challenge on itself  .

Thank you. :)
The reason the Shemyaza is so large has to do with the level of power it would require to do what it does. ;)

You are welcome!
I have no doubts you have your reasons Bouncing Up and Down c:
